We only get one life. We all want that life to be the best it can be. Wherever you are in life, whatever life boxes you have or have not checked off, whatever your financial or health situation, there is something you would like to change that would make your life better. I can help you make that change.

After many years of giving advice to people in the business world, six years ago I transitioned my long time personal investing interest into a career as a licensed financial advisor with several large investment firms. Working with people at various financial levels I observed that it wasn’t necessarily the application of the best financial and investing knowledge that led to their financial security, it was their day to day habits and attitudes towards money. Money touches most areas of our lives, so not surprisingly, I often found myself advising them on things not entirely financial.

While many of my clients fit the traditional definition of “wealthy,” having a significant amount of money and assets,  many were letting their financial wealth take away from the wealth of health and happiness in their lives.  In some cases, the only things gained by the accumulation of their wealth were the negative effects on their health and lifestyle of the fear and stress of losing that wealth.  Health being another private passion of mine, and having developed my own health improvement system, I recognized that similar to financial health, our personal health and wellness is greatly influenced by our day to day habits and attitudes.  Affinity Wealthcare was conceived to help people achieve the “true wealth” of greater financial peace of mind, improved health, and a lifestyle that is aligned to their values and what brings them joy. 

Identifying what we want to change, whether it is related to money habits, health or lifestyle, along with the application of intentional small changes over time, which develop into good habits, can effect change in virtually any area of our lives.  However, knowledge of what to do sometimes isn’t enough to realize change.  Sometimes we need help figuring out what it is we want to change, and we often need some motivation, support and accountability to actually make it happen.  That is what I do for my clients.  We work together to identify and create the goals you want to achieve, then we work together to achieve them. 

In addition to my business background, years of client service and investment advising, I have trained on lifestyle medicine coaching  through Harvard Medical school to be able to apply some of  the most widely regarded, evidence based methods and principles for helping people to implement changes over time.  The end results are sustainable habits for better living and greater happiness for you and the people around you.
